This Code of Conduct for PT Terralogiq Integrasi Solusi (“Terralogiq”) is established to ensure the highest standards of ethical conduct in all business activities. It outlines the expectations and responsibilities of all employees and directors, guided by our company values of integrity, respect, and accountability.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Terralogiq maintains a strict prohibition against bribery and corruption. This includes the offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of any money, gift, or value to improperly influence decisions or gain an unfair advantage. Employees and directors must not directly or indirectly offer or give bribes or illegal payments to government officials, employees, agents, or private individuals.

- Retention of business partners, agents, and representatives
- Handling of government inspections, audits, and investigations

Reporting Violations (Whistle-blowing)
Terralogiq encourages the reporting of any violations of this Code of Conduct, illegal activity, or unethical behavior. Employees, directors, and external parties (including the public) can report concerns without fear of retaliation. Reports can be made confidentially through established channels, including reporting to a supervisor or manager.
